Program Book for the JFK “Texas Welcome Dinner” that was never to be held on November 22, 1963 in Austin, Texas.  This rarest multi-page program was ready to hand out that night and later was sent out after the assassination to those who held tickets for the dinner.  The words words Gov. Connally wrote in the introduction of the program were eerily prophetic. …  “THIS IS A DAY TO BE LONG REMEMBERED IN TEXAS”  (Gov.
